Breakfast : yogurt and partly skimmed milk, 20g of biscuits with milk and honey.Snack : 200 grams of oranges.Lunch: 85g of cream mixed with toasted legumes , 110g mussels boiled and flavored with lemon juice, 120g mushroom stew.Snack: 190g of clementines .Dinner: 45 grams of celery, 130g of grilled turkey breast , 100g fennel salad .
Tuesday:
Breakfast : a yogurt skimmedSnack : 180g pears.Lunch: 80g of potato soup and tomato, 120g grilled red snapper , 130g of boiled chicory topped with a teaspoon of olive oil.Snack: 160 grams of bananas.Dinner: 90 grams of ravioli , 70 grams of chopped tomatoes , 120g of fennel vinaigrette , 40 g of whole wheat bread.Saturday:
