Man and diet : What Need You To Know

From diet man diet does not affect only the female target, even the man of our days is very attentive to his power.
The man of today wants to lose weight in the belly area and here is a weight loss diet easy for the man who saw the man despite what you might think he wants to its line , this example illustrates a very simple but balanced diet of 1300 calories which are not many ( in fact it is just an example) if you think that a man consumes energy expenditure during the day in case I enjoy heavy activity .

Monday :

Breakfast : 125g of low-fat milk , 50g of whole wheat bread.Snack : 150g of grapefruit.Lunch: 50g of risotto with spinach, 110g veal grilled .Snack: 180 grams of pineapple.Dinner: 40g chickpea soup , 90g of baked red mullet , 75g of green radish seasoned with a teaspoon of olive oil and lemon juice , 50g of bread .

Tuesday :

Breakfast : 200g of milk tea without sugar , 25 grams of rusks five cereals.Snack : 150g of kiwi .Lunch: 40g of vegetable soup with wholemeal pasta , 100g rump grilled pork , 150g salad of tomatoes, 50g of bread .Snack: 180g apples .Dinner: 40 grams of linguine pasta with calamari, grilled veal 100g , 120g of mushrooms with a teaspoon of olive oil.

Friday:

Breakfast : yogurt and partly skimmed milk, 20g of biscuits with milk and honey.Snack : 200 grams of oranges.Lunch: 85g of cream mixed with toasted legumes , 110g mussels boiled and flavored with lemon juice, 120g mushroom stew.Snack: 190g of clementines .Dinner: 45 grams of celery, 130g of grilled turkey breast , 100g fennel salad .

Tuesday: 

Breakfast : a yogurt skimmedSnack : 180g pears.Lunch: 80g of potato soup and tomato, 120g grilled red snapper , 130g of boiled chicory topped with a teaspoon of olive oil.Snack: 160 grams of bananas.Dinner: 90 grams of ravioli , 70 grams of chopped tomatoes , 120g of fennel vinaigrette , 40 g of whole wheat bread.

Saturday: 

Breakfast : 110g of skim milk, 30g of cerealsSnack : 200 grams of grapefruit.Lunch: 40g of soup with mushrooms and artichokes, roasted squid 130g , 80g of salad.Snack: 190 grams of pineapple.Dinner: 30 grams of rice , 140g of boiled chicken thigh , 125g of artichoke dip .As you have seen , a specific diet for humans and there is not really that hard to follow.
